Is there an alternate way around the external c++ requisite for this mod?

Its a requisite for another mod. I'm not sure if it is free and/or if I can properly install it.

It's free. It's just dlls for the C++ library routines. Just download it. It will self install.

Some more details,. Download it, then run it, and it will self install. You want to download the X64 one

It is MS VC++ Runtime library, you need it for almost all modern games that can run on MS Windows.

Just download it and install it, it's free and painless.

Make sure to update the DirectX and your PC's graphics driver too.

Scrambled Bugs is a bug-fix mod, and it's working fine on AE 1.6.1170.0.
