I could use some advice on Glow color tattoo

I like the blackish tattoo color, but it's not working with glow ink.
I use my self blue color but feels a little unnatural see screenshot

Anyone knows a color that makes it glow but keeping original blackish color?.
just add the color code, then i check it ingame
