We already have solid graphics with mods, and we already have additions that the base game will never have -> with mods. If you want to ask a mod author to work on a remake for you, then that's up to you, but I highly doubt that the majority are wanting to buy yet another Skyrim.

The best argument for remaking TES 5 is that they will complete it this time around, fleshing out the story lines which were cut short, adding in major choices that were left on the cutting room floor and a return to visible customizable character attribute stats rather than the handful of stats hidden behind the Stamina, Health and Magicka attributes.
It can be called Skyrim Complete Edition or Director's Cut or some other such overused marketing hook.
Well your take is only perception, not reality. I am opposing a remake and I have not modded the game once. I play it as built. If I want something new, then I will play something new instead of trying to get a remake.
