I do not know of any outdoor homes with no loaded cell.
While it is theoretically possible to build a home with it, it would be vulnerable to enemies spawning inside it (not just the Bandits or the skeevers in the cellar, but any enemy), so nobody as done it *again as far as I know)
The only place that I have in my playthrough that is an "outdoor" house is millwater retreat. It has all the crafting stations, provides a small passive income, is super close to riverwood. The house itself is in the outdoor space, but there is a secret basement for followers if you move the rug in the bedroom. It is a separate cell.

I have found this with millwater retreat. There is a troll not far away, but the guard usually takes care if it. The slaughterfish in the lake will prevent you from fast travelling out of there.
The one thing that is nice about this style of player home is that you can crack the windows and get an actual view.

From this site, search for keywords such as 'cabin' or 'shack.' I took a quick look and found several good options. Just pay attention to any requirements.
I tend to look for homes that use the base game assets as these are more compact and are less likely to have issues with any mod load order (unless the area is edited by a mod).
This looks interesting, tracking for when I get around to my next build.
