[Modded] Please help, modded game is super dark.

My brightness is set to max. I'm using around 400+ mods however in terms of graphical mods like lighting and enb I'm using:

Cabbage ENB for NAT 3 Weather
Enhanced Volumetric Lighting and Shadows (EVLaS)
Enhanced Volumetric Lighting and Shadows Underside (EVLaS)
Lux
Lux - Via - Resource Pack
Lux Orbis
NAT.ENB III - Natural and Atmospheric Tamriel ENB 3.1.1C
Particle Patch for ENB

ENB Helper is not working for me - if I change settings and click apply it reverts back to default - I also reinstalled ENB Helper to no avail.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

1. Which mod manager do you use?
2. Have you sorted the plugins?
3. Did you attempt to disable ENB? Does it restore brightness?

Same problem, why I have ditched ENB. Now using ELFX which is better, but still too dark for my poor eyesight now and then, especially in caves. So, I have created a ring of permanent Night Eye with a more natural look (available on AFK Mods), no blur, etc.

Also, why do you have two ENB presets?

Both are active yeah; https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/103042 it says on here that I need the weather plugin which is what I've installed. From what I understand Cabbage is the ENB and it just uses NAT III's weather plugin for weather.

Okay, it seems like that is indeed needed, but what about the requirement of ELFX?

Requirement:

ENB Helper SE

Particle Patch for ENB (Choose loose files during installation. The rest of the options are up to you.)

EVLaS

NAT ENB III - Natural and Atmospheric Tamriel ENB 3.1.1C

Lux (Choose only one interior lighting module)

ELFX (Choose only one interior lighting module)

It says Choose only one ELFX or Lux - I picked Lux instead (as the video I was watching on YouTube said Lux)
