Or did you confuse the forum for a notepad?
and a vegan diet doesn't make any sense for the middle ages fantasy or not
im just confused
Clearly unaware that Bethesda doesn't read these forums, or listen to it's fanbase.
The last one is completely out of place, considering the lore and setting.
1. That's the Forsworn, and we already have a pugilist CC. Trying to fight naked and without weapons sounds suicidal.
2. We already have a mercenary guild, the Companions. Then, there's the excellent Wyrmstooth mod for the EEC.
3. Why not just stick with the Thieves guild?
4. That's the Blades.
5. This is so woke, I'm gonna throw up.
I can join the Forsword? The Merchant Mercenary is more focused on business and trade. Mercenary work is just part of it. Thieves guild is not good aligned. Blades is more focused as agents of the Imperials, my idea of dragonslayers are random unorganized guys wearing dragonscale armor that kill dragons.
2. Merchants are focused on "business and trade", mercenaries get hired to protect and enforce their interests.
3. There are mods to turn the Thieves guild into a more "Robin Hood"-type of organization.
4. Have you even played the game? Or have you skipped Esbern's dialogue? Why do you need competition? Besides, only the Dragonborn can perma-kill dragons.
Anyway, I have no idea whether you're trolling (especially with the last "faction"), or this is simply your daydream, but let's end it.
Well norse berserkers were in fact like that. Have you read Beowulf, he fought Grendel naked with no weapon, that was part of the norse berserker story. It's a proof that one does not fight with weapon or armor as a boast and their ability as a warrior.
My idea of the good Robin Hood thief organization is less about filling their own pockets.
I have played the game yes. If you have any other questions, I'm willing to share as you have answered my own so it's only fair.
Am I trolling? At the point of being on the internet there's no use saying if I am or not you take me as I am now if you think I'm foolish that's fine too. I don't have to prove if I'm a troll or not.
I did have to question you because I see your kind reacting this way without an explanation either it's because I brought out some kind of trauma in you I have no idea. It could be Bethesda didn't answer to you, I'm not expecting anything. I say this for myself.
Also it's up to you to end it.
You should lay off the skooma, it's been known to damage one's intelligence...
@OP, Don't listen to the rest of these miserable dorks, they spent so much time on these forums that they forgot how to have fun or roleplay, and they're lashing out at you for their own complete lack of imagination.
As for your factions, I think it's important to take the lore, among many other aspects, into consideration and making sure your ideas align with the world into which you're implementing them. That said, I think some of your ideas could work with a bit fine tuning.
I personally felt like giants were a missed opportunity in Skyrim. They're clearly sentient and intelligent beings, that live in tribes and have a hierarchy, create their own clothes and tools, etc. It would have been interesting if they were implemented more broadly with some player interactions, short of killing them for quests.
