XXX is the position of Civil War Champions creation in your load order.
for example 'help cloak 4' will return every non-engine commands or global variables or papyrus scripts, meaning objects, spells, dialogues, quests, etc. with the word 'cloak' in it's definition. Including pages of Stormcloak NPCs.... lots of backscrolling.
however 'help " cloak" 4' (in double quotes with a space) finds the word after other words, and your list will be much shorter...
you know what you want, just not it's id.. 'help "dragon cloak" 4' or 'help "bear cloak" 4' should be the shortest lists of all, and using the full name likely only outputs one line.
and, you won't have to look up your load order, because it's already loaded, it'll display the full ID, assuming you want to 'player.additem <item> <count>' after you know it.
