Faction Reputation at the least

Would be nice if Factions had reputation and if you do what the guild respects you will gain reputation.

For example the more enemies you kill and fight you gain reputation from Companions. The more you pickpocket, lockpick you gain more reputation from Thieves Guild. The more spells you cast and the more books you read you gain more reputation from College of Winterhold.

The other way to gain reputation from the guild is doing their radiant quests, selling/buying from their vendors and donating items/money to their quartermasters.

Granted you can't lose reputation only get kicked out if you attack same faction members.
With high enough reputation the guilds gift you faction specific items/armor/weapons, spells, abilities/powers, titles, money.

This mod was abandoned. Furthermore, it may cause save bloat, so use it at your own risk.

I use it abandoned isn't the same as bad or broken .... That said I would advice to use that patch also it has some patches for other mods.

There are enough mods that haven't seen updates in years and are still good

There have been 3 updates/patches, works just fine. I think the first patch cleaned the dirty edits and the other 2 just made it better.
Always research older mods.
