Bard's College is a reason this game feels unfinished

There's a Bard's College but you can't use instruments and there is no system to use instruments.

Yeah, all the guilds had their questlines slashed in half if compared to the previous games, but actually, the main problem is the bards college.

Bard's college is unfinished for far more reasons than not being able to play a musical instrument.

But the Bard's college is an after thought, the reason Skyrim feels unfinished is because the Guild quest lines are sub par, the skills were reduced too much, underwater action was eliminated, and they cut out the third branch of the civil war...

Bethesda is corporate robots. There's not enough mind left there to produce a smell. They could cut costs by just letting AI do it.

There a number of bots writing threads on the various forums, the quality of those threads should prove that Bethedsa could not do that.
