I like the Fast Travel in KCD which made it so you moved to a destination like a chess piece and there were random encounters that can get in your way kind of like DnD board games. Kingdom Come Deliverance in case you don't know the initials.
Warlock Ring, Ring of Khajit, and Ring of Wind, all have the "Fast" enchantment, and increase your movement speed by 5%, 10% and 15% respectively. The first two rings can be obtained through the fishing quests, and the Ring of Wind can be obtained randomly through fishing.
Ring of Wind also has a bug where its speed effect increases based on your current illusion fortification, so drinking a fortify illusion potion 100% makes the 15% speed increase go up to 30%, drinking a 1000% fortify illusion potion (through the classic fortify exploit with alchemy/enchanting and restoration) would make the ring provide 150% speed instead of the normal 15%.
The effect persists even after the fortify effect fades as long as you put the ring on during the fortify illusion effect.
There's also two creation content items that have the "fast" enchant. One for a weapon called "Bloodthirst" added by the "Dawnfang & Duskfang" creation, and then the other one is "Boots of Blinding Speed" which is added by the "Netch Leather Armor" creation.
Bloodthirst only increases speed by 7%, although it is a weapon.
Boots of Blinding Speed increases your speed by 100% - with the caveat that it also blinds you by making the screen very dark. The item comes from the original Morrowind where it basically did the same thing.
As for stuff that increases jump height? Nothing adds that as far as I am aware without third-party modding.
When I got lassoed into a drunken ten-minute FMV orgy with a priest and two hookers, I just about gave up on that game. I had to use SAM to *remove* the achievement for it. When I later had to choose which farm animal to have sex with, I had it removed from my account.
They burned down your village and everyone you've known or loved. They killed your parents, and you had to bury them. They stole your father's greatest work ... his sword. Now you must face up to your choice ... which farm animal to screw.
Worst game ever.
There are far worse games out there.
