Cloth physics for cloaks and capes not working

I have the SMP and HDT SMP installed, so I don't know what's wrong.

hello, I got a similar problem although took me a nearly 4 moth since the first time trying, I can finally fixed it!
This is my physic mods list:

FNIS Behavior SE 7_6
Dynamic HDT Papyrus Extension
XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended
CBPC - Physics with Collisions W
SMP-NPC crash fix
XML SSE
cbp.7z
HDT-SMP for SSE 1.5.97
Baka Haeun UNP
Wench Body SSE -Bodyslide Preset
CBPC 3-Bone Breast Body Breast-Butt Bounce Configs for 3BA-BHUNP-COCO
Faster HDT-SMP

I haven't try on CBBE yet but I think it may work. Almost every problem I got about cloth physic is installing process and build in BodySlide. You must make sure installing and setting right version of physic mods.
In BodySlide I follow Baka Haeun UNP guide, use Wench Body SSE Bodyslide Preset to make body then collision smp player to add physic. Then at bottom left corner, I select meshes\BHUNP... and Build Morphs enable and when use batch build, i don't select All to build but use the default.

Click Batch Build => Build! Nothing more!!!

After that I return to game and the cloth physics are working well. but the body physic is... hard as rock :">

Still fixing, I will return if there is something new

I know what make cloth stuck on floor, when i use coco body mod, it's disable smp so smp reset command not work
