armor of the squire/fortify light armor locations?

Im trying to get the fortify light armor enchantment, but it doesn’t seem like any unique items have the enchantment. Are there any places I can find this enchantment guaranteed? If not, what’s the best way to find one?

Radiant raiment in Solitude is ya best bet, if they dont have what u want, just make em refresh their stock.

If you have AE, the Leather Scout armor from the CC has fortify light armor and looks disenchantable from what I can see in the CK. It should be available from the quest Double edged

oh boy, someone who doesn't get randomly generated loot.....

It's randomly generated, like the boots with muffle or a ring of waterbreathing, you can find it within minutes of starting, or you might never find it...
But as the first post suggests Radiant Raiment in Solitude has the largest number of enchanted jewellery and armour, and refreshes as often as other shops, it's the best chance of appearing there, but also check every general goods store too, including the one next door to Radiant Raiment.
