The game crashes when I hit "Esc" button

Hi, i assume it's due SKSE plugin however I downloaded the latest version (SKSE64 version 1.6.1170 from Steam) and did everything by this manual - https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Skyui_Skse64_installation_guide?_gl=1*2mcorf*_ga*MTEzNzEwNTQ5Ni4xNzA2OTEyNTUw*_ga_N0TELNQ37M*MTcwNzY5NDAzMC42LjEuMTcwNzY5NTE5MC4wLjAuMA.. but the game crashes everytime I press "Esc" button. I've also tried to deactivate SkyUI and related fixes but the problem persists.

Both skse, as well as any plugins or mods which depend on it must have matching versions.

How did you install skse? Try installing it manually.

How did you install skse? Try installing it manually.

I tried install it manually and with vortex mod manager... I have deactived all the mods that use SKSE one by one but the problem still persists. Are there any log files I can check which cause crash? There are some log files in SKSE folder in "My documents" but there was no mention about crash etc
