Why do I keep being called a Milk Drinker? Are all nords racist or is it only a Windhelm thing?

What "real word ramifications" could you possibly mean?

Milk drinker applies to either being too young or how weak you are. It is very appropriate for Skyrim's fantasy setting. You are not an adult toughened up warrior in their eyes.

If you find that insensitive than don't play it. Games are not going to build around the world they create, not the real world. This isn't some BS of "political correctness" or any other such agenda.
