cant download creation club content

I bought the anniversary edition and am a bit at a loss. Every time I want to download a creation that is included in the edition I am told that there is no connection to Bethesda servers. The only creation that I was able to download was the backpack mod. Also the 4 pre-installed creations like fishing, survival etc are not shown to me in the creation club modloader, it always says 0 of 0 creations activated.. maybe someone knows what I can do

you need a beth account to dl the other "Mini DLC"
so need to log in and connect

And it doesn't let you download anything from the creations menu?

If so, either it's the wrong bethesda account/your bethesda account isn't linked to the proper account (or something else is going wrong) and your best choice would be to contact Bethesda support.

I have already written a ticket but have not received a response for 2 days.
The only creations I can download are the alternative armors. Every other creation such as the farm or the zombie mod cannot be downloaded because the message immediately appears that there is no connection to the Bethesda server, it is really annoying. I guess I have no choice but to wait for a response to my ticket.

strangely I can download all creations at once which works but it's not what I want I just want to install a few selected ones but that's not possible
