Signs
The signs wont spin. They will just get stuck. I tried disabling static mesh improvement, skyrim is windy and windy signs but they still get stuck. Additionaly the windy signs mod wont make the signs windy at all as i see.

Edit:
I also found out that the banners dont move in the wind with the skyrim is windy mod.
