Report a translation problem
The only mods that don't work with current version are third party applications like skse that rely on specific exe versions, and most of those have been updated. Some UI mods may have possibly broke too because of additions made to menus in updates scrambling the UI.
Otherwise old regular mods will still work fine. And if you truly protected the game from updating (like setting the app manifest file to read only), nothing will change on you and your game will work fine.
Also you can't update those third party programs like skse and stay on the older versions. They need to stay the old versions as well.
Also the gog version will let you roll back or install older versions of the game if you needed

Everyone helped the OP and RESOLVED his problem because he very clearly asked for help and was specific as to what was wrong. You could learn quite a bit from that guy just by reading. You on the other hand seem to insult everyone who responds to you whilst throwing your toys around.
And sorry to burst your bubble, but no not everyone is having problems, Just those who whine the loudest and those by contrast who ask for help politely.
