The unfortunate thing about weapon racks is the script that allows them to function is baked into the save file when you first discover the location. This is why the mod doesn't work for this character. Weapon racks and plaques are very finicky when it comes to their location relative to the wall mesh as well as activator orientation being at right angles.
If you really want to use the sword for this character, you could add it via console command.
Open the console using the '~' key next to the number one on an English keyboard and type the following and press enter - player.additem 4e4ee 1
As an added note, the Creations mod 'Hendraheim' has a specific display to place the sword in. I don't use any Creations mods so I can't open the mod in Creation Kit to see why the unique item display is not functioning properly.
Thanks for the tip, but unfortunately I won't be able to use the console, the reason is that if I don't use the console the game will disable the achievements
