given you never count the when alphabetizing the tittle starts with E.
Regardless of what some people think Skyrim inst a stand alone game nor the games actual name its a subtitle
Star Wars is still Star Wars regardless of its a new hope, revenge of the sith or Disney giant dump on film and human story telling.
you would never start Star Wars episode 4 a new hope at A you'd do it at S. the idea youd put skyrim under S, oblvion under O, daggerfall under D and morrowind under M rather than shoving the franchise under E is asinine
Older scrolls are quest items, not Star Wars-equavalent franchise names
Alphabetizing titles normally ignores "The" which is why it is under E.
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition
Sorry but just because you simplify it to Skyrim doesn't officially remove the rest of the title.
It is quite annoying actually and gives an impression of chaos in the list, like listing 002 before 00001.
Either way, hope the OP now understands the actual title.
And yes it is the Series name.
Aside from some minor out of order (like it got sorted because of use of a roman character in the middle of the name) this game is really obviously out of order.
Did ya know that the Creation Kit of this game is listed at S ?!?
For alphabetizing purposes, and initial "The" is ignored. So instead of it being "The Elder Scrolls", it is instead considered "Elder Scrolls, The".
Except Steam obviously does not follow that convention.
