Quest Items not losing status

I have two quest items stuck in my inventory (Ruby Dragon Claw, Runed Lexicon) that should no longer be quest items as I have completed their respective quests.

I wish to display these items in my house along with other “previously a quest item” trophies. But there seems to be no way to remove the ‘quest item’ status from an item with console commands.

I’m aware that some items (elder scrolls, black books) are permanently considered quest items, but I don’t think that’s the case with these items in particular.

Does anyone have a solution, or is this something I shouldn’t concern myself with?

Are you absolutely sure you have completed all quest requirements?

Additionally, many quest item bugs are corrected using the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch (USSEP). It will not correct you current issue but will on future characters.
