Report a translation problem
my assumption is that it's probably the game trying to place your character at the appropriate location for the killcam move but since it couldn't, you char likely is stuck in transit.
As to the issue, I've seen it on occasion, but never with kill moves (though I do have Violens installed). Usually it seems tied to when trying to take screenshots or moving the camera when using the console - though, of course, there may be other reasons. It is almost always fixed by saving, exiting the game, and then launching and reloading that last save (though if that does not work - and it sometimes doesn't), you may need to roll back to an earlier save.
The bow stuck bug is fixed by re-equipping the weapon. As for the missed target, You could use the Violens mods as suggested as this allows for better management of kill moves.
As for disabling ranged kill moves, adding the following to the bottom of the skyrim.ini file will do the trick:
