Downgrading is NOT recommended, specifically due to issues such as you appear to be experiencing. Since you downgraded, there is really nothing that can be done - you are on an unsupported version of the game and, as such, are pretty much on your own. The best bet is to let the game update so that you are on the current, supported game version.

Yup everything is a scam nowadays ....

The game is not a scam. Well, the CC paid mods may qualify for such but that's beside the point.

That downgrade guide was either faulty (use the one in the pinned thread) or you made a mistake. The latter is far more likely. Retrace your steps and fix it, or simply reinstall the game.

Did you launch the game purely vanilla to check? Also, with SKSE64 you need to ensure that you are using this version for the current game version:
Current Anniversary Edition build 2.2.6 (game version 1.6.1170)

From SKSE site - https://skse.silverlock.org/

Be more specific about your question. What version of the game do you have? Where you downloaded from. Where did the mods come from? Are you writing only SKSE or is it a regular version of skyrim with DLC? IF YES, have you tried to launch the game via SKSE? What drive the game was installed on. Is it a system partition?

Don't forget to delete the ini files in the My Games folder. Just the ini files, NOT the save game files.

Everything you wrote is correct. From myself, I can add that you would still reinstall the mods and screw up the mod updates. The game also crashed to my desktop after the update. I've been modding the game for 5 days on version 1.6.1130 when I was surprised to update to the latest version. Nothing helped, even uploading SKSE64. Only reinstalling and updating mods helped me
