Your library
Playing Skyrim for the first time (Anniversary Edition). So far I play with no mods and would prefer to keep it that way for the time being since I enjoy the game as it is very much but maybe one day I'll want to install something. I have two questions. First, which home in not modded (anniversary version) Skyrim has the best library? Second, do you feel mod is really crucial if you want a nice library? (like, you feel all the libraries in vanilla and anniversary is sh8t ;) )

The one you build yourself. The 3 Hearthfire houses have an option for building a library.

Hi. So I love books in real life and have been trying to create an in game library for a while. The off the shelf library option in one of the 3 houses you can build (lakeview manor for example) isn't bad, but it's small. I won't spoil it for you but I wish I had library with more stuff.

There is a mod called placeable statics that can allow you to add/remove/move furniture around so you could in effect create a larger library. (And I have)

considerations:
1) Part of the game is discovery, so my advice is play like you are now and try the in home library now, then in the future try the mod (or another mod)

2) if you use the mod i suggest you can build anywhere, even outside, but you can run into interesting issues. (like if you build something inside a space that is not yours. so it will take some trial and error, save often.

the mod
