to be honest, skyrim does have a major issue with removing mods, other games don't have at the same level but obviusly if the mod is very changing it acctualy break stuff on almost al games, but skyrim is like even minor things cause issues :/

SKSE has been updated already but the problem is that a lot of mods havent been updated for like a year and likely wont get a new update
