Can I fix the corrupt false save error without using engine fixes?
I know there is a solution but it involves installing engine fixes and I can't install part 2 because it tells me the following:
Initialization fails! Main::Initialize threw an exception.
See NetScriptFramework.log.txt file for more information.
Message returned was:
InvalidOperationException(Version library error: File not found
(NetScriptFramework.SkyrimSE.1_6_640_0.bin)!)

Unofficial Patch fixes that bug too.

Ok, I'll see if that solves it.

I already had it installed and it gave the same corrupt false save error, is there a file where I can modify the data limit?

Be sure you are installing the correct Part 1 for the version of your game.

After manually downloading Part 2, the files are installed in the Skyrim SE game folder and not the Data folder:

Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition <--Install Here

Additionally, you could use the Save Corrupt Fix AE mod -
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/103083

Yes I put the 3 files in the correct folder but if I do that when I start the game I get an error message that says:

Initialization fails! Main::Initialize threw an exception.
See NetScriptFramework.log.txt file for more information.
Message returned was:
InvalidOperationException(Version library error: File not found
(NetScriptFramework.SkyrimSE.1_6_640_0.bin)!)

Are you using NetScriptFramework ?
Because it is not compatible with Anniversary Edition (patch 1.6.x or later).

If I am using NET script but I have Special Edition, how do I know which version I use?
Synopse Dec 1, 2023 @ 2:04pm
If you updated your game, you are using 1.6.x which is commonly falsely refered as anniversary edition. If you didn't downgrade to an older verison, you are no longer able to use NetScriptFramework.

So how do I solve that?

Double check your game version by
1. loading a game
2. Pressing ESC
3. Opening "System"
4. Check the number at the bottom left corner of the menu.

If it is 1.6.640 which is my guess, then you have the current version and have to double check ALL your mods if they are compatible with AE / Anniversary Edition / 1.6.x

Remove ALL mods that are NOT compatible.

Make sure to ONLY install mods that are compatible with Anniversary Edition.

OR

Downgrade to 1.5.97 and make sure only using mods compatible with that version.

Your choice.

Engine Fixes DOES NOT require Net Script Framework. If you are getting an error regarding Net Script Framework, you are likely using the wrong version or installing it wrong. You need
"(Part 1) SSE Engine Fixes for 1.6.629 and newer"
and the current version of Address Library - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/32444?

And, DO NOT downgrade - people should stop even mentioning that. Doing so will likely result in issues - up to and including CTDs.

And as has been stated, there is no such thing as an AE version of the game - it is all SSE. The one thing you should be checking is the version number of the game. The current version is 1.6.640. Any previous versions are not supported, and any mods which do not work on the current version should not be used.

I downloaded All in one (Anniversary Edition), then removed my SSE Engine Fixes SE and downloaded SSE Engine Fixes for AE, then installed part 2.
But when I open the game I still get the same error message.

I discovered that I had Net.Script installed, I uninstalled it and it opened the game.
I guess this will fix it.
