Crash on new game
Hello guys I have an issue of not being able to start the game
Fresh install (intentionally without A.E.) I press New game and so game crashed
I ah RTX MSI 4070ti OC
AMD Ryzen 9 3800x
36GB DDR5 RAM
and is installed to my secondary disc that I have only for games

I've set the game to run in low everything even resolution but still the same issue

Also the game doesn't fit the fullscreen nor the boarderless perfectly which I wonder if it is an issue as well so for now I have it on windowed (still doesn't fit perfectly)

What do you mean with that "without A.E."?
Also; do you use mods?

In theory, the resolution does not matter but that could play a role. The thing is, once you start a new game by using that option, a little intro sequence is started. That one is not so stable. Usually having the game being on standard resolution (16:9) and locked on 60fps resolves it. You have a high end machine, so it is plausible that you're running the game at a higher framerate.

without anniversary edition, no mods fresh clean copy. Wouldn't it be by itself capped at 60?
I had the same problem, I solved it as follows:

I used nexus mod and vortex to install the following file https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21294, this mod asks you to install this other mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods /10546 (in its description this is how to install it), after doing this I used vortex to start the game.

didn't work for me either
has any1 found the solution?
Has anyone managed to solve it? I've already tested some things, like seeing if there wasn't the one drive getting in the way, I've created another windows user and nothing, I deleted the ini files and nothing

If you are playing Skyrim SE version 1.6.1130 or 1.6.1170 you can't do without the CC content from the update (Fishing, Rare Curios, Survival and Saints & Seducers. These are part of the base game now!

Might be useful to mention the version of your game!
