Skyrim crashes after leveling up, please help

Hi guys!
So after exiting the leveling up menu (doesnt matter if i have put a perk point or not) the game inmediately CTDs.
The crashlog message is as follows:
Unhandled exception "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" at 0x7FF659F6CD70 SkyrimSE.exe+067CD70 mov eax, [rcx+0x110]

If this is a fresh install, no mods, perform a file verification. From the Steam library, right-click Skyrim SE > Properties > Installed Files > select 'Verify Integrity of Game Files.'

If this is a modded game, this can occur when there is a mismatch with mod versions with the papyrus script, or similar script issue. Make sure you are using mods for the correct version of your game (current version 1.6.640).

If further troubleshooting help is needed, please post your mod load order and PC specs.

Is this a recent issue when everything worked before?

Have you made any changes to mods?

Try testing with a new character. I don't see Alternate Start or other Cart Ride/Tutorial skip so you may have to run through it to test the Skills menu. If necessary, you may need to advance a skill to gain a level.
You can do this by opening the console with the ~ key (next to the number 1 on an English keyboard) then type: advskill smithing 10000 then press enter. This should be enough to cause a level or two.

You may also use LOOT to verify whether there are any missing patches or errors. Don't worry about dirty plugins, especially the master files. Again, there should be no errors found.
