Anniversary edition not working (Solved)
I own the Skyrim special edition, and I bought the anniversary edition DLC today, an upgrade that theoretically has dozens of content elements for the game.
I installed the game from scratch, and in the menu it thanks me for purchasing the anniversary edition. I then try to go into the content store to download all the new items, but it warns me that I don't own any. NONE.

They have given me 100 Bethesda coins and I can only buy the content that theoretically comes with this DLC. I have seen in videos on YouTube that players with this edition go to the store and a green message appears warning them of the possession of all the items. "Owned", but it doesn't appear for me, and it only allows me to buy.

I have contacted Bethesda support but they are not responding and I am very disappointed.

I bought this DLC to play with the Nolvus pack, but if I don't download the anniversary edition content, it won't let me install it. I find it incredible that Bethesda makes such poor quality content, and does not offer solutions to its users for the malfunction of their own games or DLC. :steamfacepalm:

Has anyone had this problem and can offer me a solution?

I Think you have to connect on bethesda site and/or link ur steam account there too.
Do you have your steam linked to your bethesda account? If not- it won't work. Make sure you have it linked. If you get an error messages like link failed. Tell bethesda support to fix it. They will ask stupid questions. Once they finally listen- they will unlink it to whatever account had your steam account linked to. Then just link your steam to your bethesda account. It should then work.

You are formidable. I thank you very much for the response. For some reason my Bethesda account was linked to my ex's Steam account... *facepalm*.
I just had to go into "Linked Accounts" and unlink the account, to link it to mine. I wouldn't have imagined it if it weren't for your suggestions.

Thanks to you and such a great community!
