help, crashlogger.dll couldn't load plugin (0000007E)

Hi,

I think this is probably a very simple issue to fix. Two of my dll's wouldn't load, CrashLogger and the other one being Engine Fixes. However, I saw that you need to manually install an additional file for Engine Fixes to work, and when I did the problem went away. Can anyone tell me why I am getting this CrashLogger error? I can't seem to find the answer online. I am running version 1.640, NOT the newest version of Skyrim SE. Thank you
