Arquebus - Restore Power to the Dwarven Machine

I completed everything and beat the Library Guardian which opened up the shelves of knowledge. Got the schematics and got out of the dungeon BUT i still see as one of the things i need to do is Restore Power to the Dwarven Machine. Isn't what i did with the tuning forks starting the machine? There is still a white arrow pointing on the top of that device like i still need to switch it on. None of the buttons activate. I used TCL to look up top and there is nothing to access. Am i missing something or is this still a bug? My quest still says i need to Restore Power the the Dwarven Machine.

I was struggling at this point too and found that you have to aim at the little sphere with one fork equipped in each hand simultaneously for a while until the light beams don’t move anymore, then click the buttons until everything is lined up
