Survival mode as werewolf, feeding on corpses is not lowering hunger.
Has anyone had this issue? It kind of ruins the immersion when I'm still hungry after feeding multiple times.

My guess would be, because the hearts you are consuming as a Werewolf are not classified as food in the game!

I thought feeding as a werewolf was meant to be built into survival though?

I am by no means an authority on everything in Skyrim. But from what I understand when they said built into it, things like your cold resistance and health regeneration! Food still needs to be consumed to overcome hunger!

Hmm okay. I was under the impression that was a thing. I'll do more research. If anyone else can clear it up for sure, that would be cool.

Hmm according to according to UESP you're meant to lower hunger by feeding as a werewolf.

"Vampires and Werewolves: Both vampires and werewolves can restore their hunger by feeding on their victims. While transformed into a Werewolf or Vampire Lord, you are immune to health penalties associated with the more severe stages of cold, but will lose the Warmth of any gear you were wearing in humanoid form."

is your survival mode actually working post update? I can tick the box for it, but nothing happens now.

I didn't update to the latest version, so I can't answer that sorry. I'm using version 1.6.640.0 Survival does work for me as a human on this version. Just doesn't work fully as a werewolf, i'm guessing it's because moonlight tales (an outdated werewolf overall mod)

On 1.6.640 which was the version I played as werewolf, eating people and animals as wereworlf got my character eventually well fed. But I play vanilla with no mods, so yeah it might be something caused by one of your mods.
