Windmills not working??

Hello, I'm trying to use these windmills to mill wheat, but there is no way to interact with them?, I'm in Whiterun.

Is there a way?

You need wind.

You need to put the wheat in by hand, then activate it, the recent update may have disabled the activation trigger. Not sure how to fix it if it has.
