Help: Magic Health Stamina Bar vanished

Important: NO MODS installed ever!
OS: Win 11

You can see my issue in the screen shot below. Compass is there only the rest is lacking. Found no hotkey which could do this. Happend only after last patch. Save is from a brand new game after the newest patch. Never had this before.

What I done so far:
- Asked google and got only console stuff like tm command as answer.
- Veryfied game files.

I'm assuming console "tm" isn't fixing it and you don't have "tgm" enabled?

You could maybe try moving the SkyrimPrefs.ini, SkyrimCustom.ini, and the Skyrim.ini (located "\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition") to reset your game's settings and see if that fixes it. It should generate default ones if you move them and see if that fixes things.

Just to eliminate the obvious: try sprinting or casting a spell to see if the bars appear once partially empty. By default they disappear when full.
