Likely either HDT-SMP or FSMP. Search for them on nexusmods.

You need to make sure your DLL mods and the Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) are the correct version for whatever Skyrim version you're running. The current versioning situation is a mess...

If you are using FSMP-Faster HDT-SMP, the author has issued a test version for 1.6.1130 from a non-nexus download site, but several forum entries indicate continuing problems with this issue.

Most SKSE DLL plugins are not (yet) updated. SKSE is updated as well as Address Library. Except for the DLL plugins there are things you can do yourself (temporarily until the mods are updated) quite simple by using the Creation Kit. Although a WIP, here are some info and details:
