Resolution Locked at 800p on Steam Deck After Update, Even When Docked to a 16:9 Display

After the update that added "official" support for the Steam Deck, the launcher gets skipped now, which means I'm unable to easily change the resolution. The problem is that I regularly go back and forth between docked and handheld play, so when I'm handheld I would obviously set the resolution to 1280x800, but when docked I would set it to a 16:9 ratio (1280x720) instead. However, since the update, with the launcher being skipped, the game appears to be stuck at 800p regardless, even though looking in the config file I "think" it's set for "Borderless Windowed FullScreen". Certain elements on the loading screens extend way out of the display area of my television and the opening cinematic is obviously squashed.

Is there a launch argument or something I can tack on to get the launcher to pop up again so that I can set my resolution depending on how I'm playing that day?

Just figured it out. Add the following launch argument to get the launcher, and your ability to fix the aspect ratio back:

SteamDeck=0 %command%

It simply demonstrates how incompetent BGS is. They could have just enabled the option to launch either the Settings launcher or the game itself. Plenty of games do that on Steam, particularly for the Steam Deck. It's as if BGS doesn't even have a basic understanding of Steam's functionality.

What does BGS do instead? They'll just take away the ability to adjust the game's settings whatsoever. Thanks BGS. Really helpful there /s
