need help reverting to the previous version of skyrim
so skyrim updated today and now skse doesn't work so I want to revert to the previous version but everything I find online is at least a year old and nothing I've tried has worked, I'm hoping someone could help me out please, I literally just started a new game that I was finally really enjoying and now I can't play it...

Steam policy regarding updates is incomprehensible.
Why not a most simple option for the player, the buyer, the customer, to simply have the choice to *** never *** update any specific game?
