Game crashes after new game loading screen

I have 403 active mods + ENB.
I have 155 Active plugins and 308 light ones.
I tried the crash logger mod. It doesn't generate a crash log in the SKSE folder. Same with the netcript. I dont see a netscript folder in my data folder. So I have no access to crash reoprt.
This happens for the first time for me.
First i had problem with SSE engine fixes part 1 couldn't load dll's and I had to reinstall SSE Engine fixes pt2 and the game launched without errors, until I pressed the (New Game) button, I got to the loading screen with tips and after like 5 seconds the game crashed.

SMH Todd is gonna force me to uninstall all of my mods and use MO2 instead of Vortex.

I also used SSEEdit to clean some plugins and stuff
And I also use LOOT
Also after my game crashes Vortex disables almost all of my plugins WTF.
Any solutions

.NET Script Framework is not compatible with up to date version of the game.

For SSE Engine Fixes; note Wolfpack49's pinned comment about issues with latest official patch. The fix has been made by BGS, but it has not yet been distributed.
