How do you get rid of the Dead Thrall passive?
2 of my dead thralls disappeared the moment they entered combat and won't reappear no matter what but I still see their active in my passive effects, any way to remove that?

well a quick search (literally the first result) says get the spell id with the help command
then use either the dispell or remove spell commands.
so:

Help "Dead Thrall"
to get the spell id, then

player.dispell <spell id>
or
player.removespell <spell id>

Awesome sauce! Thanks Imma try it out now and see if it'll work!
Edit didn't work sadly, oh well looks like something I'll just have to accept

Try spawning two basic flame atros, let them disappear, and see if that clears the active-listings. It might.

Summon two Familiars or anything else, it'll replace the Dead Thrall(s).

Try the wikis for the id for the dead thrall effect, or what others are suggesting.

If summoning two Familiars doesn't get rid of it, try using a spell or ability that forcibly cancels summons. I know summoning Durnehviir is one way. I forget if the Ritual Stone works like that, but it would be worth a try as well.

I did the 'remove all spells' console. Didn't seem to impact my other active powers.

Coz powers are not spells. They shouldn't be affected by this.

There is also Soul Split spell from Necromantic Grimoire creation which may theoretically help in such situations:

I haven't tested it though.

I had this issue but with flame thralls. Getting sent to jail removed them from my active spell list.

It also works to go to jail and serve out one's sentence.

Doesn't that lower your skills? Or is that only with Oblivion?

It does. And in Morrowind too.

If you have the right skills, it is possible to get sent to jail and just escape. This will remove your thralls from your list , but will not incure skill penalties.
