Mods already installed on Skyrim?

I started a brand new game. I use steam. It's updated to 161130.0.8 and have no mod manager or anything. It has CBBE, AFT, a Serana mod{?} and a couple of others. I am confused since I did not download anything, but have used these in the past using Vortex. Skyrim was uninstalled a couple of years ago, but did not clear out any folders. I am at a loss as to why these are on here or could be I am looking at it wrong. Also have three free creation kit or creation mods installed.
