Skyrim Power Levels -NERDS ONLY QQQQQ
I know this doest not matter for many people but: what are the most powerfull characters in Skyrim? (i mean, in the game and DLC's ].

I was trying to make a TierList, here is what i think ( but remember, i have a lot of doubts ]

-First, we will not count with the Daedric Princes because they are above anithing in Mundos

-Then, we have The Last Dragonborn dã

-Miraak should be a little inferior than the Last Dragonborn. He says he's more powerfull than Alduin, and could defeat him.

-In the next rank we have Harkon vs Neloth and the other named Dragons. I dont know who is the stronger. I mean, maybe Neloth because he's one of the most powerfull mages in
Tamriel. When asked about Miraak, He shows just a little concern. He also can use elemental Magic to 'counter' the weakness of any Dragon or Vampire. When fighting against a Dragon, Neloth does not appear afraid or impressed, in fact he says "I command powers you can even imagine, Dragon!".
The Archmage could be in this rank too ( i feel this Winterhold Mages are weakest than the Morrowind mages xD just a personal feeling ].

-Powerfull bosses like Kaarstag, The Umbra Warrior, The Ebony Warrior, Ancient Vampires and the most powerfull types of non-named dragons maybe?

-Powerfull people in many factions like the mages, Isran, Seranna and other Vampires in Volkihar

-High skilled fighters like Mjoll, others followers that are not mages, Thieves Guild dudes, Dark Brotherhood (i mean, they are not powerfull at all, they are dangerous when sneak ataack ]

-Housecarls

-Lydia tier

As a legit answer the most powerful npc is the leader of the gray beards as his level is base 250.

Enemy would be the distorted creatures from the magic quest line. The whisp looking things that attack. They are the most powerful because they have level scaling of 1.2 with no cap.

Yeah, those are going to be really fun to fight on my level 218 character. *sweats*

Oh, i forgot the greybeards!

But look, we are talking about the lore, not gameplay ( because in game, the Ebony Warrior can beat even Miraak ].

The anomalies may not have a level cap but while they'll longer to kill, they don't do a lot of damage, especially if you have magic resist.

As for the topic.
Going off a Game example, the Greybeards. After you kill the first dragon they shake the very world with their voices. That reminded me of whales, specifically sperm whales, they use a clicking sound as a form of sonar while hunting squid in pitch black water. This sound if used full power near a human, will literally explode your organs in your body from the sheer force. So I imagine if the greybeards used a shout like that at a person, they would liquefy.

Can't say from lore point of view. From levels and abilities point of view I believe it's Karstaag and Ebony Warrior.

If (using mods or console) you make them fight - Karstaag would win. But it looks like Ebony Warrior is able to defeat any other NPC in the game while Karstaag is not.

Ice spikes chunk me for up to 800 damage a pop, soooo...

I see many "resist magic" and "ultimate healing potions" being ingested in my near future.
