The only thing I can say is that if you follow all the instructions to install all the essentials mods, and you launch your game via SKSE inside VORTEX, you should not have any problem at all.
I just launched my game and it is working perfectly fine.
I have seen posts in this forum of players that would like to launch the game via Steam and they also have installed SKSE ... so why they are doing that ? I do not understand and I am not saying that you are doing that but just to let you know that the only way to avoid problems in this game ( assuming that you updated it to the last vesion : 1.6.1130 ) is to launch the game via SKSE and I would recommend VORTEX as your mod manager and launch the game via SKSE inside VORTEX.
Trying to do something different will crash your game.
If you have not switched over to MO2 to manage your mods, you really should.
