Xbox save files transfer
Hello,
I used to play Skyrim on the Xbox 360 and would
love to know if it would be possible to transfer my old
save file over to PC and start where I left off.

No. The Xbox 360 version isn't even Special Edition/Anniversary Edition. It's Legendary Edition (Oldrim). SE and AE were released on the PS4/Xbone.

If you were to play the OG Skyrim on PC, while a save file conversion probably wouldn't be impossible with enough reverse-engineering, I highly doubt such a tool to do it exists.
