I don't know. Sequence breaking anything with the console can always cause problems later down the line.
According the the wikis, returning the claw to her is part of the same quest, so it seems more likely that you'll at least have to start the quest.
You can start and complete quests through the console as well, or progress through certain stages.
You can find the quest ID and its stages here: https://elderscrolls.fandom.com/wiki/The_Golden_Claw_(Skyrim)
In this case, to start the quest, you would type: setstage MS13 10 to start it. And then you would do the same for each and every stage (except the failure stage).
Knowing how some people fall in love with console commands was I expecting a full love story about console commands.
Alas, OP just wants to get married to Camilla.
As for marrying Camilla
So Camilla, Sven, Faendal, and a Drow-errrr Dark Elf, walk into a bar.... or inn, and the console commander asks "what will it be?".
And the rest is too mature for Steam eyeballs.
... I think this is the wrong game.
Not saying it will break the main quest, just that it can.
Leave the pretty part out it IS part of the main quest
