The Dawnguard initially will not attack you if you are a vampire. You can be a vampire and still talk with Isran to get the initial quest to explore the area and free Serana. Its only later that the Dawnguard will start attacking you on sight, depending on your choice in the quest. And should you choose to actually join the Dawnguard, becoming a vampire won't turn them hostile. They will just refuse to work with you until you cure yourself (by talking with the court wizard in Morthal).
Its not just the Dawnguard that don't care. Being a werewolf actually has no effect on anyone. Unless you are transformed into your beast mode. The group of werewolf hunters you fight during the Companions questline are hostile to everyone, werewolf or not.
The same applies to vampires. No one will attack you just because you are a vampire. Siding with the vampires during the Dawnguard questline will cause random Dawnguard attacks on you, but those will keep continuing even if you cure yourself and are no longer a vampire.
