What are the best total conversion mods?

I'm looking for mods that make an entirely new game, doesn't have to be big but different enough to be a separate title. I already have Enderal. I'd like something with a Hexen like vibe if possible.

I’m 99.99% certain that none of the mods I named REQUIRE the Anniversary Upgrade DLC - they should all be playable with just the standard Special Edition of the game.
