GOLDENHILLS Plantation
I have installed the Special Edition of Skyrim (that says that it has the 10th anniversary edition stuff) but I cannot find or access the Goldenhills Plantation nor any of the other new homesteads. Is there as level prerequisite or a special quest trigger that is needed to begin or even find the Goldenhills location? My character is only at level 5 and I am otherwise on my way to the mountaintop monastery to begin the real Dragonborn quest.

I know you have to buy tundra homestead (steward whiterun), Hendraheim is level 10 (letter) just like the vampire home (letter) as for the plantation dunno

Myrwatch cast a flame spell on the seal

Avanici only offered me the one homestead for 5,000. There was no other choice. Perhaps there needs to bed more leveling up. I believe my character is just a level 5

Ok, log into your Creation Club Account, if this does not cause the CC mods to download, you can select them and download them, either individually or as download all.

Goldenhills is referred to indirectly in the "FARMING" option added. It mentions the Goldenhills Plantation being east of Roriksted, but I have wandered that entire area and found no Goldenhills Plantation. There is another farm in the area but it doesn't meet the specifications of Goldenhills (and it is occupied by a family).

Goldenhills Plantation is just outside of a small village, it is added by a CC mod (can't remember the name but the description mentions it). It appears in the game straight away if it is installed, which leads me to presume it isn't installed.

Confirm you own the Anniversary Edition DLC add-on in your Steam Library for Skyrim.
1. If yes, Open Skyrim, go to Creation Club and let it download all your CC mods
2. if no, you have Skyrim SE with the 10th Anniversary "free" CCs (Saints and Seducers, Survival, Fishing and Rare Curios).

If #1 is true, the download will take time. I am not sure if you can tell Skyrim which CC to download, or if it will download everything in one go.

If #2 is true, you will need to buy the anniversary DLC OR buy CC credits and buy the Farming CC directly. I recommend waiting for a sale on the DLC and buying it then. I'm sure a sale will come soon.

Ok, I went back into Skyrim to find the name of the little farm where there was a man and a woman working. THIS time I stumbled onto Goldenhills Plantation by accident. Got into a fight with a group of wolves. THEN I found out I was also fighting a ghost. Presto, there was Goldenhills Plantation ahead of me. <face red from embarrassment.>
