Well, a personal favorite of mine is Enhanced Lights and FX, aka, ELFX. Then, theres ELFX shadows, which is real good, but keep in mind it is meant more for users who use ENBs, as its pretty dark otherwise. Finally, there is the Lux series (Lux, Lux Via, and Lux Orbis) This is also meant more for enb users, however it does have options in its FOMOD for non enb users. I reccomend going with brighter/brightest options. Do note, most if not all lighting mods will require patches to work with many mods that add lighting. Lux is very good about this, as its FOMOD already has tons of patch options. For ELFX and Shadows, you'll need to consult their patch pages and do a bit of research.

I have not tried these mods yet, but I heard they are pretty good too:
Luminosity
Realistic Lighting Overhaul (aka RLO)

There's only really 2 options, LUX and ELFX.

As someone who used both for a long time, ELFX is better.
Lux is just kinda... eh.

ELFX is pretty ancient compared to everything you see on the nexus nowadays, but i really like it still.

I dont know about enb users, but if you get Community Shaders (not compatible with enb) you can get the Light Limit Fix, which solves many problems with too many lights flickering on one mesh at a time.

Ancient, yes.

But at least for me, it's the only damn lighting mod were you actually notice a real difference.

I dont recall them ever adding RTX, though that would be quite the sight.

ELFX still stands quite well on its own, so recommend giving it a try

I'm using ELFX with an enb and I really like the look.

I use ELFX and the shadows addon .... If you also use an enb go with what the enb recommends

I used Lux great mod .... but damn the number of patches.
