Ya know, I've seen a couple of your comments around here by now, and i wonder - are you actually this much of an assmunch, or are you just really, really bored?
If you're not going to try to help, why are you even here?
Besides, his mod list is pretty friggin small.
Now, as for you, OP:
Beyond Reach is apparently loading after Beyond Reach Tweaks and Enchantments. Might wanna fix that.
Assorted Bruma Mesh fixes is also loading before Bruma itself.
Other than that, I haven't noticed any obvious issues.
That said, I've seen several threads complaining about Bruma crashing.
I do believe it may just be an issue with the mod itself. It's a pretty big thing after all.
Have you checked the bug reports/comments on the mod's page? Maybe someone where found out what the issue is.
EDIT: Actually your 4 gigs of VRAM might be an issue with Bruma as well.
1. Do a clean reinstall of the Bruma mod, and all of its support mod-mods, especially the optimization stuff. Scrub all files clean, and check the override folder of your mod manager as well.
2. Look whether you have the game-ready driver version, if yes, roll back to a studio version.
Nope, that should work just fine, unless OP has a HD texture replacer.
1. Enhanced Lights and Effects - Weather (26 1a ELFX - Weathers.esp) may not be compatible with Azurite Weathers (35 23 Azurite Weathers.esp). Since the map function of Skyrim isn't a map but an actual world view zoomed out, this might be the cause of your issue.
2. You are using Enhanced Lights and Effects (21 15 EnhancedLightsandFX.esp) and related plugins, but you also have Lux and Lux - Resources (254 FE 5 Lux - Master plugin.esm, 254 FE 6 Lux - Resources.esp) which are not compatible. Recommend you stick with Lux and ditch the buggy ELFX.
Additionally, you are using ENB Light (39 27 ENB Light.esp) which, due to several bugs and a lack of support, mat not be compatible with Lux. Others may not have any issues with these mods, but ENB Light tends to be questionable.
3. You are using Skyland Watercolor (47 2f Skyland Watercolor - Slow Green-Vanilla.esp) but this may be incompatible with Water for ENB (9 9 Water for ENB.esm).
Finally, I'm inclined to agree with CEPHY in that your system specs are borderline to run graphics mods as well as an ENB. Even a performance ENB may be taxing on a system with those specs.

I am using the texture mod, but the phenomenon still occurs when I switch back to vanilla.
Also, I checked the plugin load order with Vortex and everything was correct.
The patch is correctly loaded after the base mod.

You can definitely recreate it by opening the map at the east entrance/exit of the city of Bruma, looking in the direction of the outside.
It is quite annoying because when I open the map to check the location of the quest marker, it freezes.
If you are near the city of Bruma, there is a high probability that the freezing phenomenon will occur when you open the map.
The first time I noticed the problem was when I opened the map near the castle and it froze.
Even if you open the map and it does not freeze, if you move the cursor to explore the quest marker location, it will suddenly freeze and you will most likely not be able to continue the game.
In that case, the player will have to start over from where he/she saved, which means the same thing as dying.

If you start a new character, I would recommend you do not start in Bruma.
Start a test character and use the 'Camping in the Woods' selection. This is the closest to the mountain pass to Bruma. Head to the gate and enter Bruma. Then see if the map still causes issues.

I have the Bruma mod as well, and it works just fine, even on a 4GB 1050Ti video card. Well, I might need to go through the mods piece by piece, and this will take some time...
The problem started happening when I was playing the game and went from Pale Pass to Cyrodiil, arrived in Bruma and opened the map near Bruma Castle.
To verify my findings, I have confirmed that when I open the map in the city of Bruma, it freezes at a high rate.
This screenshot should have been taken after reinstalling Bruma mod with "No custom map markers".
I could be mistaken, so I will check the CoMap description again.
I will check the description of Bruma mod, Nordic UI mod and CoMap mod and try to reinstall them.
