Keep Health Bar From Disappearing While Not Full In Survival Mode

So appearantly the health bar disappears when your health regeneration is zero and as the creation club survival mode disables automatic health regen, I frequently die because the health bar isn't shown on-screen.
Any way to change it so the bar is shown until it's actually topped off, without the use of mods?

um..... without mods..... drink a health potion, any significant increase/decrease to health/stamina/magicka will get their bar to reappear, and given that you don't want to DECREASE your health (let alone in survival mode) an increase seems the way to go...

I do not know how Survival or SkyUI would affect it...but if you go to the potion menu...just hovering over nearly any potion will show a corresponding M/H/S gauge on the bottom right of the screen.
