dual monitor issue

every time i try to play skyrim it closes what ever im watch on my second monitor and when i alt tab to reopen the video my game shrinks and moves to the top left corner of my screen and the rest of my screen is black. Could this be a problem with my pc setting or is this a game thing? it only happens with skyrim.

That sounds like a scaling issue. Try the following:

-right click on skyrimse.exe -> open properties -> find the compatibility tab
-> tick disable fullscreen optimization and open "change high DPI seiiting"
-> tick override and chose "application", apply.

If that doesn't fix it, update your GPU drivers. Also try SSE Display Tweaks[www.nexusmods.com] to see if that helps.
